We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Laravel Full Stack Developer (SSE) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Laravel, frontend technologies, and architecting scalable, high-performance applications. You will play a key role in technical design, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel
- Architect and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services
- Lead frontend development using modern frameworks (React / Angular / Vue.js)

Must Have Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Laravel framework
- Advanced knowledge of PHP, OOP principles, and design patterns
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and system design principles
- Expertise in MySQL / PostgreSQL with query optimization and indexing strategies
- Proven experience in scalability design and performance optimization (caching strategies, load handling, DB tuning, code profiling)
- Strong experience in building and optimizing REST APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.)
- Experience handling production issues and root cause analysis
