Srividya Anand Gokhle

Srividya Gokhle is the Vice President – Technology at Impelsys, bringing over two decades of experience in technology leadership, platform governance, and large-scale digital transformation. In her role, she focuses on driving engineering excellence, delivery discipline, and strategic technology initiatives across the organisation’s GCC client engagements and global operations.

Over the course of her career, Srividya has led enterprise-wide platform rollouts across Asia, Americas, and Europe; driven large-scale technology transformation programs across complex operating environments; and managed service delivery across Global Capability Centres, developing a deep understanding of how GCCs are structured, operated, and scaled. Her expertise spans cloud-native platforms, engineering governance, and translating technology strategy into measurable business outcomes.
