Impelsys has achieved ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its Artificial Intelligence Management System, strengthening the governance framework behind the company’s enterprise AI solutions and services.
The certification supports Impelsys’ broader strategy to help organizations move from isolated AI pilots to enterprise-wide adoption. Achieved less than three years after the standard was published, it places Impelsys among the early enterprise adopters of ISO/IEC 42001 and affirms the company’s approach to governing AI as an operating discipline rather than a compliance exercise.
Impelsys approach to AI transformation combines multiple pillars such as governed AI environment, agent-led business workflows and workforce enablement, with industry-specific solutions built on a common technology foundation. ISO/IEC 42001:2023 establishes requirements for managing AI across its lifecycle, including risk and impact assessment, data governance, transparency, accountability, performance evaluation and continual improvement.
