Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Product Owner (at least more than 7 years) with a strong background in healthcare data registries. As a Product Owner, person must play a critical role in the development and enhancement of our healthcare products, with a specific focus on registries. Person will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our healthcare clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and strategy for healthcare products, emphasizing registries functionality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to healthcare data registries.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Work closely with stakeholders and should understand healthcare providers, healthcare regulatory bodies, and should be able to translate them into detailed product requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of healthcare data and existing registries understanding the nuances and data sensitivity.
- Backlog Management:
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are aligned with business priorities and goals.
- Break down large initiatives into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with development, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful delivery of product increments.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating communication and understanding.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that healthcare products, especially those related to registries, comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Stay up to date on changes in healthcare compliance requirements and integrate them into product development processes.
- User Experience and Design:
- Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for healthcare products.
- Solicit feedback from end-users and incorporate it into product improvements.
- Testing and Validation:
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to define testing strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable products.
- Validate that healthcare registries meet the specified requirements and standards.
Qualifications:
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Owner in the healthcare industry, with a focus on registries.
Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, interoperability, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
